Welcome y’all!
Hello hello! Welcome to my website and let me just say, I’m happy to have you. I’m Sam and while I spent most of my life in South Carolina, I have an itch for travel and I’ve never minded moving too much. Currently, I live in Leominster, Massachusetts with my husband, two kids, and our dog. I previously graduated from BYU-Idaho with a Bachelors of Science in Communication where I studied journalism. My passion for story telling extends beyond the written word, which is where my camera comes in!
I love photography because I truly believe our ocassions deserve to be preserved and reminisced on. I know that looking back on the big and little moments brings me so much joy, and I want others to have that too. Shoot me a message and lets get going!
A Few of My Favorite Things
1 | Family
My husband and I actually met in middle school, but seven years and a couple moves couldn’t keep us from reconnecting. We got married in 2019 and have loved growing together ever since.
We’ve got a four-year-old who keeps our imaginations alive (he’s convinced he’s Peter Parker), and the sweetest 9-month-old girl that smiles with her whole soul. We also have our little Cooper, a nine-year-old Toy Aussie.
2 | Traveling
I moved around quite a bit as a kid, but I consider South Carolina as my old stomping grounds. Because of this, I can’t keep still in one place for too long.
I currently live in Worcester County, Massachusetts, but my itch to travel has taken me all over the United States and even Europe.
Hopefully my next stop is Iceland!
3 | Horseback Riding
Have you seen the movie Spirit? You know—the one about the horse with Matt Damon’s voice? Love that movie. But my love for horses goes beyond a good movie. I started horseback riding when I was in elementary school and it taught me a lot about patience and hard work - shout out to Margaret!
I’m still a big fan of four-legged friends, so if you are wanting to do a bridal shoot with a horse, I’m so down.
